A Day in the Life of the Executive Director
As the Executive Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the Legacy Retirement of Mesa community. You will ensure that residents receive the highest quality care, all while maintaining operational excellence. From managing a team of dedicated staff to driving business strategies for growth and profitability, your leadership will shape the entire facility’s atmosphere.
