Job Description

Our client, a leading venture capital firm, is seeking an executive assistant to support a partner in their NYC office.

Hybrid : 3 days in NYC office

Salary Range: $135-145k base range + bonus + amazing benefits/perks

Responsibilities:

  • Act as gatekeeper for executives prioritizing assignments and drafting communications and correspondence as needed
  • Calendar management with organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate detailed travel arrangements both domestic and international
  • significant personal support including but not limited to booking personal travel, family calendar management, gifting, personal finances and errands
  • Assist with the scheduling of multiple stakeholder meetings
  • Perform expense reporting with concur
  • Manage projects and ad hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of experience of high touch support to a senior executive
  • Ability to think on their feet and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Analytic and Strategic thinker
