Role Summary:
Istoria is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project management support to our leadership team. In this role, you'll be the central coordination point for several high-capacity leaders, keeping the team aligned, organized, and moving forward on key initiatives.
You'll need sharp attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships across the organization. Success here means proactively managing complex projects—from book publishing timelines and digital content production to events, client intensives, consulting engagements, and tours—building systems that scale, communicating effectively with high-level partners, and executing decisions that keep work moving forward.
Working with multiple visionary leaders requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and the discernment to know what needs immediate attention versus what can wait. You'll need to anticipate needs, manage schedules and workflows across the team, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks while maintaining the high standards our leaders expect.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals—and who can manage the people, processes, and timelines needed to support the team effectively.
This position offers significant room for advancement. While you'll start as an Executive Assistant, we're looking for someone with the potential and ambition to grow into broader operational leadership. The timeline and scope of that growth will depend on your experience, performance, and the evolving needs of the company.
If you're ready to make an impact with a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
