Executive Assistant/ Bookkeeper for Family Office
Part time- 3 Days @ Week in Office [ Free Parking in Building ; Free Lunch; Potential Bonus ]
Must have extensive knowledge of Quickbooks for bill paying, initiating payroll for two separate companies and paying local, state and federal payroll taxes which must be done timely on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (including W-2s)
Balance bank statements (three companies) and keep accounts on budget
Must demonstrate extreme discretion and confidentiality
Good communication skills, ability to make decisions and resolve problems. Motivated to work independently
Responsible for maintaining printer, copier, fax and ordering any supplies needed to keep them in working order
General office duties; answer phone, filing, complete any special projects on request
Work professionally with bankers, attorneys, insurance company and computer support technicians
