Associate Escrow Assistant | Leading Financial Services Firm

We’re looking for an Associate Escrow Assistant to join a top-tier financial services company in Irving, TX. If you have experience in escrow operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a team that values accuracy and client service.

What You’ll Do:

• Open escrow orders and input closing statement details
• Prepare closing documents and manage disbursement/follow-up of escrow transactions
• Communicate requirements and updates to clients
• Interpret agreements related to closing and prepare necessary documentation
• Receive and process mail (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
• Organize and stack closing packages and related documents
• Ship documents to collateral warehouse, lenders, and borrowers
• Perform data entry and update tasks in the system
• Review and reconcile closing packages for accuracy

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in an escrow-related field
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude under pressure
• Familiarity with escrow processes and operating systems

📍Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

💵 Pay: $17 – $19/hr.
