Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
• Help manage event logistics, including venue setup and tech support
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
• Provide on-site assistance during events, addressing any issues that arise
• Support the team in creating event materials, including invitations and signage
• Manage guest lists and RSVP tracking for various events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
