• Assist in the planning and execution of various corporate and social events
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs
• Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services
• Support the marketing team with the promotion of events through social media and other channels
• Gather feedback from attendees and clients post-event for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
