We're seeking Entry Level Event Assistants to join our dynamic team and support live events, fundraising campaigns, and public outreach for impactful nonprofit organizations.

As an Entry Level Event Assistant , you’ll be on the front lines of community-based events that raise awareness and support meaningful causes. You'll work with a passionate team to coordinate events, engage with the public, and help nonprofit campaigns succeed.
Support the planning and execution of nonprofit events, charity fundraisers, and outreach efforts
Assist with event logistics , including setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and tear-down
Represent nonprofit partners through face-to-face engagement with donors and community members
Promote awareness by sharing key messages at live events and activations
Help manage event materials, track inventory, and coordinate communication needs
Collect donor info, support data tracking, and assist with post-event follow-up
Collaborate with team members and nonprofit partners to ensure smooth, successful events
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to develop your skills in event coordination and public engagement
We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, and mission-driven individuals ready to jump into action.
Are passionate about nonprofits, social causes, or community impact
Are a people person who enjoys engaging with the public
Have strong organizational and multitasking skills
Are team-oriented, adaptable, and open to learning
Are 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience in events, volunteering, customer service, or grassroots outreach
