Entry Level Claims Recovery Agent Location Bloomington, IL : We are currently interviewing for this role with a start date of February 19th. We are excited to welcome new members to our team that are eager to learn and grow in a career here at Wilber. This is a fully trainable position; no prior experience needed! Wilber is looking for professional individuals to join our claims recovery team. Our full-time in-office collectors start at $18.20 an hour ($19.20 if Bilingual in Spanish) plus uncapped commission. Our training team intentionally builds up great collectors through teachings, hands on training, engaging games, side-by-sides, and so much more! High School Diploma or GED (Required)
What will you do?
Multi-task across different technical platforms within a fast-paced call center environment.
Manage day-to-day office operations.
Make outbound calls to customers/debtor informing of claim filed against them.
Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients.
Maintain office policies and procedures.
Nice to Have but NOT Needed
Previous contact center experience
Customer service experience
Previous accounts receivable or collections experience
Sales experience
