The Medical / Surgical / Trauma ICU DEPARTMENT at Dignity Health St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career. Serving the critical care adult population, each dedicated unit consists of 8-beds and offers an exciting, challenging opportunity for nurses to care for the very highest acuity patients in a 1:2 or 1:1 nurse to patient ratio. All units report to one Nurse Manager; nurses are hired specifically for each unit yet have an opportunity to cross train. · 24/7 Operational hours · ACS Accredited Level 1 Trauma Center · 1:1 or 1:2 Nurse Ratio · Medical, Surgical, Trauma ICU · Certified to perform Kidney Transplants · National Leader in the care of Pulmonary Hypertension patients · Active Commitment to Research · State of the Art equipment · Self-Scheduling \#RN@DH **Qualifications** **Minimum:** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
