Job Description

Vaco Phoenix is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join a leading client in Phoenix, AZ! In this role, you will manage Pre-K enrollment, billing, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and possess excellent customer service skills. This is a hybrid contract position offering 20-30 hours per week. Interviews are being conducted this week, and compensation is up to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the operations of Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten programs, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards through CQAT inspections.
• Assist with coordinating program events, including open houses, kindergarten sneak peeks, and graduations.
• Provide limited support for staff training and professional development.
• Collaborate with leadership to advise on licensing requirements and ensure compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned campuses, addressing inquiries from parents and staff.
• Oversee the registration process, including documentation collection and system monitoring for all assigned campuses.
• Manage payments, subsidies, billing plans, and account adjustments.
• Maintain program databases and assist with tracking enrollments and payments.
  

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience within an early childhood program (directing a preschool program preferred)
• IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
