Job Description

Job Summary :

The Director of Rooms oversees all guest room operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. This role ensures a high level of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Manage and lead the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services teams, ensuring excellent service.
• Guest Experience : Address guest concerns and ensure a high standard of hospitality.
• Operations & Maintenance : Ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests.
• Budget & Revenue : Assist with budgeting and cost control, working with the revenue team to meet occupancy goals.
• Staff Training : Train, motivate, and evaluate staff, ensuring high performance.
• Collaboration : Work with other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience.

Skills & Qualifications :

• 5-7 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and operational tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands :

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
