Salary: $185,000–$200,000 base + bonus + LTI

Overview:

We are working with a leading consumer-focused organization that is doubling down on enterprise-wide analytics to support its long-term growth strategy. With a nationwide presence and a loyal customer base, this company is investing in people, platforms, and performance measurement to become more data-driven across every function.

As part of this evolution, they are seeking a Director of Analytics to shape the central analytics function and partner closely with key teams across marketing, operations, and consumer insights.

The Role:

As the Director of Analytics, you’ll lead a small team and serve as the connective tissue between data and business strategy. You’ll design enterprise-level reporting frameworks, lead performance analytics, and support high-impact initiatives across customer experience, growth, and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the enterprise analytics function, managing and mentoring a team of 2 analysts
• Develop reporting strategies and enterprise dashboards to support executive decision-making
• Partner with Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Operations to define KPIs and optimize performance
• Leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and Google Analytics to uncover actionable insights
• Translate complex data into strategic recommendations across the business
• Establish analytics standards and best practices across departments

Your Skills and Experience:

Required:

• 10+ years in enterprise or performance analytics with measurable business impact
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and Google Analytics
• Experience managing analysts and collaborating cross-functionally
• Track record of using data to drive business strategy, cost savings, and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence

Preferred:

• Experience in consumer-facing industries or membership-based businesses
• Exposure to predictive analytics or digital performance metrics
• Familiarity with multi-location/franchise models
