This is an on-site role, working in the office Monday through Friday, at our Southpoint location.
Position Summary
IQ Fiber is actively seeking a highly qualified Director, Legal Counsel, to join our growing organization as our dedicated in-house legal expert. As a key member of our team, this strategic leadership position will establish our legal department and serve as the sole in-house legal advisor and collaborative thought leader, working closely with our team to drive business success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal guidance, strategic direction, and proactive support across all aspects of our business operations, while helping to shape the company's legal strategy and ensure alignment with our organizational objectives.
