We're working with a startup based in Austin that helps small businesses get paid on time, automatically. With an all-in-one platform that combines B2B billing, collections, and payments, they can sell to virtually any small business owner, including, accountants, tax advisors, agencies, real estate firms, and more!

They are backed by top VC firms with $20M+ in total funding and have plans to scale their US team in Austin, TX. You'll be one of their first US employees which will provide an exciting opportunity to grow within their organization in the coming years.

Note: The role is currently fully-remote with plans to move to a hybrid schedule later this year .

Overview of the role

• Own 40-100 SMB accounts that range from $3k-$5k in annual revenue where you'd lead the entire customer journey (onboarding, adoption, training, and expansion) working directly with business owners
• Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilize their products and services
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
• Leverage data and performance metrics to optimize the customer experience, understand & achieve client goals, evaluate the health of your clients, and identify pain points
• Work closely with the Sales, Product, Marketing, & Engineering teams to ensure smooth product adoption, quick issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.

Additional details

• $90k-$110k salary
• Any background in accounting (either from school or selling into that vertical in a prior sales role) is a huge benefit
• Experience selling a financial/accounting product
• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience is required where you have upsold & expanded accounts
