We’re partnering with a leading distributor of building materials —with over 75 locations and 700+ employees nationwide—to find a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to be the go-to resource for clients and internal teams alike. Compensation: $24/hr

Availability: Candidate needs to be flexible and can expect to work weekly overtime. Typical work schedule is Mon-Fri, 6 am to 4:30 pm.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the customer experience: take and process orders, troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries.
  • Support the field sales team with quotes, account maintenance, and client satisfaction
  • Keep operations running smoothly by coordinating with dispatch, credit, purchasing & more
  • Enter and manage data in the inventory/sales system, process purchase orders, and reconcile invoices.
  • Set up delivery schedules and order/track special order items.
  • Complete reconciliation at the end of orders, balancing purchase orders and invoices
  • Problem-solve customer inquiries and provide top-tier support
  • Occasionally visit field locations to enhance customer service strategies

What we are looking for:

  • Customer service experience—bonus if it’s in construction, retail, or related industry
  • Spanish-speaking is a HUGE plus
  • Strong Excel skills + proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • A calm, cool, and collected problem-solver with serious organizational skills
  • Someone who communicates clearly, works hard, and loves being part of a team
  • This role requires a pre-employment background check and drug screen (including cannabis).
