SSU is seeking a Sales, Custom Layout and Design professional to join our growing organization. The primary function is to work directly with a Project Director on construction, renovation and installation projects to satisfy customer needs and deliver SSU’s core value commitments. The position collaborates with other SSU departments, including Installation and CAD Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Director(s) in managing projects to ensure the project is delivered on time
• Create accurate quotes and other project documents
• Provide researched product(s) for cross-referencing regarding contract compliance and/or obscure items, offering the customer multiple product options at multiple pricing tiers
• Work with CAD Engineering for design of drawings
• Manage a project via directives from Project Director(s) to ensure ordering, installation and follow-up occur
• Communicate with vendors where necessary to ensure proper ordering, pricing and delivery of offers
• Provide customers with order status and proof of delivery if necessary
• Performs all duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of relevant work experience
• 3 years of project management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in Microsoft office products (intermediate experience in Excel and Outlook), including shared drives
• Ability to juggle multiple projects
• Experience with Salesforce required; Oracle a plus
• Must live in the geographical location of the position
