Job Description

WANTED: Project Manager Who Thinks 10 Steps Ahead

Are you an impact player? Do you naturally possess the ability to drive change and growth—while also tending to the details and processes necessary to achieve those goals? Are you a proactive leader who turns blueprints into reality? Do you excel at guiding project teams to success in civil construction? Do you thrive on solving problems and collaborating with subcontractors and vendors?

If so, we want to meet you.

The Project Manager is a leader who leverages technical and financial expertise to analyze contract documents across a variety of challenging markets—including dams, fish hatcheries, tunnels, hydro power conveyance systems, drilling, remote access helicopter drop-ins, and treatment systems.

The Project Manager is a proactive planner who removes obstacles for the project team to keep schedules on track. They are strong communicators who can effectively navigate and negotiate the day-to-day challenges encountered on a job site. As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful, on-time project completions—ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
