About the Role:

As an Estimator/Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our drywall projects. You’ll utilize your expertise to prepare accurate estimates, manage projects effectively, and grow business opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for Drywall, Stucco, Metal Framing, Insulation, A.C.T, and EIFS.
• Analyze and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
• Provide value engineering suggestions and alternate pricing options.
• Communicate with general contractors verbally and through written correspondence.
• Lead and collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Quickbid and O.S.T. software is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills that inspire and drive results.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents with precision.
• Proven success in managing projects from start to finish.
• A self-starter with a solid track record in sales and business development.
