Join The Maverick Club Team – Concierge/Receptionist

Are you passionate about creating welcoming experiences and providing exceptional service? The Maverick Club is seeking a high-end luxury Concierge/Receptionist to be the first friendly face our members and guests encounter. This role is perfect for someone with a background in hospitality, food & beverage, or barista service who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage reservations, appointments, and member inquiries
• Coordinate daily receptionist operations and maintain a polished, welcoming environment
• Support food & beverage operations, including light service duties when needed
• Light cleaning and general tidying of shared spaces, including kitchen organization and dishwashing, to help maintain a welcoming and well-organized environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless service

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or barista experience in a high-end luxury environment required
• A bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years of luxury high-end hospitality experience
• Availability for shifts between 7 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday
• A natural inclination towards helping and supporting others
• Interest in a long-term role with a growing company, with potential for personal and professional growth
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficient with computers
