You’ll be responsible for reviewing each applicant’s background and drug test authorization forms, along with supporting documentation, to ensure they are complete, accurate, and usable as per vendor and FCRA regulations. If any documents are missing, inaccurate, or unusable, you’ll need to obtain the correct ones from the appropriate Operations Manager. You’ll also place orders for background checks and Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) using the appropriate vendor website, and renew annual background checks and MVRs for all contract carriers and their driver/helper employees. Additionally, you’ll review the results of these background checks, MVRs, and drug tests to determine pass/fail scores based on insurance vendor criteria and the company’s criminal background check matrix for contract carriers. Finally, you’ll communicate the results to the appropriate Operations Manager via the Contractlogix program.
Compensation:
$18/hr to $19/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
