Job Description

Trueline is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist to join its production team in New Hampshire. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with high-performance materials in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

What You'll Do as the CNC Lathe Machinist:

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to set up and program CNC lathes.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality components from metal and plastic stock.
• Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and log preventive actions per manufacturer recommendations.
• Monitor machining operations, detect irregularities, and adjust tools or processes to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflows and reduce waste.

Must-Haves as the CNC Lathe Machinist:

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational/technical school education.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and familiarity with CNC equipment.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and job specifications.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and basic inspection methods.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Nice-To-Haves as the CNC Lathe Machinist:

• Experience with AutoCAD or interpreting DXF files.
• Previous exposure to production environments involving metals, lubricants, and industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and material identification.
