Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cleaner at American Housing in Washington, DC. The Cleaner will be responsible for performing day-to-day cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of multiple premises and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in cleaning and sanitation
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
