About Superdigital

Superdigital is an independent creative agency. We’re untraditional, sometimes because we don’t know the traditions, other times because we hate them. We’re pretty good at social, digital and influencer and not so good at making job descriptions.

We work with brands, athletes, and the Mayor of Flavortown. We’re known for our work but loved for our passion. Sometimes, we make non-agency things like movies and podcasts too!

The Gig: Chief of Staff

Master of many tasks in support of our founder.

You’re the hands that get the many things in our founder’s eco system done.

Sometimes you delegate. More often, you do. But you’re always responsible.

Your role breaks down to two categories: the administration of business & family office tasks and digital cleanup, management and standardizing.

80% business, 20% personal, 100% stressful (but in a fun way!)

About you

You’re into tech. Maybe you worked at a genius bar, maybe you’re a notion expert.

Digital messes are fun to clean. You’re a digital Marie Kondo.

You know that if it isn’t pretty to look at, it’s not fun to use. Your decks and task trackers are beautiful to look at and use. You’re relentlessly organized.

Your passion for digital order has made you savvy in other areas, you can do some light bookkeeping, some web work and know your way around business tools like Slack and Google Workspace. Years of turning chaos into order has made you confident and decisive, you now see the last step, not just the first few. You’ve been a project manager in a past life, but too many dumb people. This role only has one!

Oh, also you’re in South Florida. It’s largely remote but an occasional in person.

Responsibilities at a Glance:

  • Task Management: Organize, prioritize, and track business-related tasks for the founder across multiple ventures.
  • Calendar Mastery: Coordinate and optimize the founder’s calendar.
  • Account Management: Sync and organize accounts, logins, passwords etc for the businesses & family office. Software subscriptions, company tools, and other digital resources.
  • CRM: Populate and manage contacts from both business and family office relationships.
  • Digital Organization: Create a centralized hub for all personal and professional digital resources. (Notion skills encouraged)
  • Travel Logistics: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and transportation needs.
  • Communications: Liaise with internal and external people to coordinate meetings for founder and executives.
  • Family Office Support : Handle family office responsibilities, including tasks related to health, finances, and estate management.
  • Light Bookkeeping : Track expenses, manage budgeting, handle returns, check the amex and oversee finances for the founder’s business and family office tasks.
  • Family Office Digital Support: Use Apple products to streamline data management, organization, and communication for the Family Office team.
  • Asset Tracking : Identify and standardize company and family office information, including digital assets, press materials, and brand trackers.
  • Light Reputation Management : Support individual and brand reputation management by monitoring individual and company digital footprint.
