Job Description

Our client, an American multinational pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology corporation, is actively looking for a Change Manager to join their team in New Brunswick, NJ! This role can be remote however they're ideally looking for someone who has the ability to travel to New Brunswick, NJ for in person interactions and team meetings on occasion.

***This is a 1 year initial contract with the opportunity for long-term extension***

This Change Manager will be supporting a major global implementation for the organization's Global Legal Organization. This involves the rollout of a management sysem in ServiceNow across global team teams. The rollout will be phased based on region across LATAM, APAC, EMEA, and North America. They're specifically looking for a Change Manager to design & execute structured change management strategies to drive the adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models. Any knowledge of ServiceNow or CLM systems would make a candidate stand out!

Responsibilities

  • Organizational Change Expertise : Proven experience designing and executing structured change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, or operating models; certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Skills : Skilled at stakeholder analysis, engagement, and influence without authority; capable of crafting and delivering targeted communications and training across diverse audiences.
  • Measurement & Adaptation : Ability to define success metrics, monitor adoption, and adjust strategies based on data insights; proactive in identifying and addressing resistance and risks.
  • Collaboration & Integration : Experience working in cross-functional teams, embedding change management into broader project governance, and contributing to organizational capability building through toolkits, playbooks, and scalable frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-8+ years of Change Management experience, ideally at a global or enterprise organization
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365, Excel and Project Planner
  • Experience working with enterprise corporate legal teams implementing CLM (contract lifecycle management) systems across global teams, time zones, functions and cultures is a big plus
  • Experience working with and in ServiceNow, particularly their Legal Service Delivery product is a big plus
  • Strong technical acumen and systems thinking (e.g. understands at a high level system architecture, conditional logic workflows, data architecture)
