Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the hospitality industry? We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Catering Manager to build strong relationships with clients, third parties, and community organizations to drive day meeting and catering business for our hotel.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospecting for new business and responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries.
• Executing contracts and BEOs.
• Communicating client expectations to the hotel team.
• Building the Hotel's Reputation and selling it as a preferred location for Wedding Receptions.

This position is a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into various aspects of the hotel industry. It can serve as a stepping stone to a successful career in sales, group sales, new market segments, food and beverage, and hotel operations.

Requirements

• College Degree and/or 2 years of hotel sales experience and/or combination of education an experience, Required.
• Corporate and Social Catering Experience, Highly Preferred.
• Wedding Market Experience, Highly Preferred.
• Hilton Experience, Highly Preferred.
