Job Title – Call Center Representative

Location – New York, NY 10004

Duration – 2+ months contract position

Shift Time – Mon – Fri

Job Summary:

• Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
• Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
• Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
• Other assignment as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

Education & Experience:

• 1 year experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
• High School Diploma /GED.
• Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• 1 yr of Call Center with Payroll and Timekeeping experience required
• Experience in a Hospital setting
