Analyst, Technical Business/Project Manager – Job Posting
This position is a remote hybrid position requiring being onsite at our corporate office in Cranford, New Jersey, Monday – Friday, typically 9am to 5pm as needed. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to bridge the gap between our business needs and technology solutions within our private lending operation. This dual-role position will be responsible for analyzing our products, workflows, gathering technical and business requirements, and managing the implementation of system and process enhancements—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with stakeholder alignment. We do it differently. We believe strongly in making products simple and processes with reliable funding times. Your challenge will be to help define the processes, assist with designing and structuring the systems and provide training tools to roll out the procedures.
