Description:

Seeking a Business Analyst to join the Operations Change & Transformation team in Global Markets. The role involves managing and implementing regulatory and business-driven change initiatives, improving client experience, and ensuring compliance with regulations like MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC, SFTR, and SEC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis for Transaction Reporting within Regulatory Change.
• Collaborate with Operations & Technology teams to address post-implementation gaps.
• Engage with industry forums and track regulatory changes from consultation to implementation.
• Define reporting requirements and conduct impact assessments.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in project/change management and business analysis.
• Background in global markets and regulatory projects preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile and DAIC methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in financial services, especially investment banking.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of global markets products, sales, and post-trade processing.
