Business Analyst – Excel & Data Modeling Focus (No Sponsorship Available)

Chester County, PA (Onsite) | $95K – $110K base salary + full benefits

A nationally recognized $2B+ company in the home improvement space is seeking a Business Analyst to join its high-performing corporate team. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work directly with senior leaders to develop reporting tools, forecast key metrics, and build models from scratch that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build custom reporting tools, dashboards, and models using Excel (no prebuilt frameworks)
• Maintain and update key reports for revenue, expenses, and operational drivers
• Analyze performance trends and deliver actionable insights to leadership
• Forecast costs, revenue, and KPIs to support planning and performance tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Ops, and Technology teams
• Present findings to the FP&A Manager and senior finance leadership
• Improve and streamline existing workflows through automation and better reporting logic

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or FP&A role
• Strong experience building Excel models from scratch using INDEX/MATCH, conditional formulas, and PivotTables
• Highly proficient with raw data management and storytelling through reporting
• Familiarity with financial statements, KPIs, or performance metrics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder – no sponsorship available
