Job Description
This position will serve as a Contract Analyst under the Special Projects Team. Responsibility will include the day-to-day oversight and internal management of grant contracts, state agreements, and budget alignment. This position will report to the Deputy Chief of Special Projects. Duties will include working with grant leadership, internal and external team members, department-level grant management and department-level contract teams to ensure proper tracking and completion of all assigned grant contracts. This position will be responsible for alignment, tracking, and completion of all project-level contracts, interagency agreements, and proposed budgets in accordance with state and federal requirements, as well as other grant-related fiscal or management duties as assigned. This position will work predominantly in-office, with limited availability for remote work.
Qualification : Experience working with grants, contract management, and budget management is suggested but not required.
