Le Tub on Hollywood Beach is seeking an Experienced Bartender/Server to join a strong team driven by a passion for hospitality and excellence. A Bartender/Server at Le Tub will always aim to exceed expectations for our guests. Our bartenders/servers work hand in hand with our management team and aim to provide quality in everything they do. It is important that our dining room is run with professionalism and efficiency. Our style is hospitable, fun, and fast-paced in a casual waterfront setting. We are a high-volume restaurant that prides itself on taking care of people as if they were guests in our own homes. Job Requirements:

• The bartender/Server must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant with knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor service.
• Knowledge of mixology and preparation.
• Previous cash handling experience is required. 
• Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
• All candidates must possess an outgoing and confident attitude. 
• Safe Serve certification is a plus.
• Able to work different shifts.
• Successful candidates will be outgoing and confident with strong leadership & organizational skills.
• Full-time only with open availability.
• Have a general knowledge and understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards.

• 1-2 years of full-service dining experience.
