Sandy Vans is a premier luxury adventure van builder based in San Diego. We're seeking skilled and detailed-oriented Off-road Van Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll install off-road and adventure van accessories, including suspension upgrades, roof racks, lighting systems, bumpers, skid plates, and other overland modifications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on custom adventure vans and be part of a passionate team dedicated to craftsmanship and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install suspension systems, roof racks, bumpers, lighting, skid plates, and other off- road accessories on adventure vans.
• Perform both mechanical and electrical installations with precision and attention to detail
• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation challenges to ensure a high-quality finished product.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure tools and equipment are in sage working condition,
• Collaborate closely with the team to complete projects efficiently and meet customer expectations.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety regulation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive customization, off- road accessory installation, or a similar field,
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills with experiences in vehicle modifications.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in automotive and fabrication work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in a fast - paced environment.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
