Associate Staff Analyst

Provide Analytical, Financial & Administrative Support in a busy, high-demand, deadline-oriented environment.

Looking for candidates heavy with procurement experience!

Qualifications Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited college and one year of full-time experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Collecting, evaluating, and using data related to operational procedures.
• Administrative systems, staffing requirements including the preparation of charts, graphs, drawings, and technical reports.
• Budget, finance, accounting, analytical processes.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in one of the areas listed above AND three years of full-time experience in the areas described above.

Special Skills

• Must have Excel expertise with knowledge of formulas and pivot tables.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
• Available to work overtime when required.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Ability to set and meet deadlines.

Description of Work

• Analyze project and financial data.
• Prepare/present financial reports/data.
• Coordinate budget development and modifications.
• Process payments and secure funding.
• Attend meetings on various related projects.
• Analyze, present, and perform tasks as required.
• Other related tasks
