Scheduled for a grand opening this December, we are committed to providing our guests with an unparalleled stay experience, blending local charm with contemporary design and exceptional service.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. As the AGM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operations of our hotel and ensuring a memorable guest experience. This position demands a professional who has a deep understanding of the hospitality sector and who can seamlessly manage and inspire our staff. Looking for people with both Hotel and some F&B Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and engage the hotel staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  3. Financial Management: Aid in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the hotel's profitability.
  4. Guest Relations: Handle guest feedback and concerns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  5. Staff Training: Implement training programs to uphold high service standards and ensure team members' professional growth.
  6. Scheduling: Develop and manage staff rosters, keeping in mind the operational demands and employees' welfare.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads, ensuring seamless cross-functional operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience in hospitality operations.
  2. Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  3. Strong financial acumen and familiarity with hotel management software.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
