Administration Assistant - Central New York, NY, 10017 USA - up to $45k + benefits and generous annual leave (c40 days including public holidays)
We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant , with clear and fluent English, to join an organisation in their New York office.
Based in offices near Grand Central Station and the United Nations Building, and working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, you will be working in a small yet busy team, assisting with registration transactions, processing compliance documentation, maintaining databases and undertaking basic accounts.
Suitable candidates for this Registrations Administrator role will ideally have previous experience working in a government office where liaising with diplomats is a daily occurrence.
