At Wellworks For You, our employees are dedicated to our client's success. We are looking for an experienced Wellness Account Manager to join our team. Who are our Account Managers? Our Account Managers are responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to an assigned portfolio of clients by executing wellness program strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and developing strong, trust-based client and broker relationships. This role includes managing client communications, coordinating renewal discussions, and identifying opportunities for program growth, while ensuring overall client satisfaction and retention. They are client facing professionals who are highly organized and can handle multiple projects at a time. They enjoy working as part of a team but are motivated to complete their work on their own. This is a fully remote position. The salary for this position is $50,000-$55,000 based on industry experience, location, and skills determined in the interview process.  Why work with us? Our employees work in a friendly and supportive culture, and receive a competitive compensation and benefits package including: ~ Competitive salary ~ Client retention bonuses ~ Additional Incentives ~ Growth opportunities ~ Comprehensive benefits package - Medical, Dental, Rx, Vision, Life, Disability, Hospital reimbursement plan ~401k with per pay employer match ~ Employee Assistance Program through LifeMatters EAP ~ Mental health benefits, including access to paid therapy ~ Paid maternity leave after 12 months ~ Paid Time Off including time off to volunteer in your community and the day off on your birthday ~ Casual dress code ~ Wellness program and teambuilding opportunities with incentives ~ Milestone anniversary program ~ Ongoing training and education What will your days look like?  ~Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients, brokers, and vendor partners  ~ Support the design, launch, and daily execution of wellness programs tailored to client goals  ~ Facilitate regular strategy and review calls with clients and brokers  ~ Lead or support client renewal discussions and planning processes  ~ Identify and support opportunities for program expansion, upsell, or cross-sell  ~ Customize wellness platforms and conduct virtual or on-site demonstrations as needed  ~ With the support of our Marketing Department, develop and distribute marketing and educational communications to drive engagement  ~ Monitor participation metrics and provide actionable insights to clients  ~ Generate and interpret program utilization and performance reports  ~ Escalate risks or challenges to ensure timely resolution  ~ Stay informed of industry trends and best practices through ongoing training  ~ Occasionally travel for client meetings, health fairs, or on-site visits (up to 10%) What should you bring to the table?  ~ Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.  ~2+ years of experience in account management or customer service, preferably in health and wellness, benefits, or corporate services  ~ Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills  ~ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, many time-sensitive ~ Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset  ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ~ HubSpot experience a plus!  Work Environment: This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, headphones, etc.  This position is a fully remote position, reporting into our home office in Malvern, Pa. Local candidates can have the option of hybrid work in office and remote if desired.  Because you will be handling confidential client information, you must work from your home office. You cannot work in a public location.  Computer and VPN access are provided. Employee must provide their own internet access.  This position's hours will be Monday through Friday 9am-5pm ET.  Compensation details: 50000-55000 Yearly Salary PIc4618a89b587-30492-38231595
