Position Overview:

The Senior Digital Creative Designer is a key creative force in shaping the visual and interactive experiences across a company’s digital platforms to provide the best LifeWear brand experience to our customers. The Senior Digital Creative Designer not only pushes the boundaries of digital creativity. They also ensure consistency and functionality in all outputs.

This role requires a deep understanding of design principles and engagement strategies to produce compelling designs that align with the brand’s identity and the target audience’s needs.

The role requires conducting user research and results analysis to inform design decisions, staying abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative design environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for website layouts, email campaigns, social media content, and digital advertisements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design strategies.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across digital channels.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines.
  • Implement feedback and iterate on designs based on stakeholder input.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay updates on industry trends and best practices in digital design and user experience.

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Designer or similar role, with a stellar portfolio showcasing digital design projects.
  • Experience in digital creative development, optimally focused on e-commerce website, email marketing and social media.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development technologies is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and usability best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital design trends and technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bonus Skills: Figma, Google Doc/Sheets, Airtable.
  • Other duties assigned by manager
  • Frequent in-person collaboration

Salary: $95,000 - $106,000

*The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
