If you’re enthusiastic and motivated with a friendly demeanor and have the ability to work well in a team environment, you’ll fit right into this host/hostess role! Excellent communication skills and a warm, courteous manner are needed for speaking with guests, answering phone inquiries, and making accurate reservations. One of your key duties will be to meet and greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and walk them to their seats. Show us you're the right person for this exciting role by filling out an application today. FT and PT (Thursday to Sunday-3 pm to 11 pm) Responsibilities:

• Respond to questions about the menu and memorize the daily specials whenever needed
• Make reservations, plan out the seating chart, and troubleshoot customer phone inquiries
• Guide diners to their seats and make sure everyone has the correct number of menus, utensils, napkins, and filled water glasses
• Check the dining room constantly for cleanliness and organization and restock condiments on the table as necessary
• Help clear and wipe down tables and set up tables with utensils and glassware for the next party

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills, as well as the ability to deal with customer requests in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner
• Some restaurant, hospitality, and/or food services industry experience is preferred
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED and should speak English well
• Adapt easily to working in a fast-paced team environment with long hours of standing on feet and moving around
