Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Record Clerk to join our team. As a Remote Record Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing digital records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities
. Digital Record Management: Maintain and organize digital records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
. Data Entry: Enter data into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
. Document Scanning: Scan and digitize paper documents, ensuring high-quality images.
. File Retrieval: Retrieve and distribute files as requested by team members.
. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
. Quality Control: Ensure all records are accurately labeled, stored, and maintained.
. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
. Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
. Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain and organize digital records.
. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
. Reliable Internet Connection: Must have a reliable internet connection.
