Job Description

Robinson Park is now accepting resumes for the position of Business/Property Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. Robinson Park manages 60+ properties with a staff of 150+ employees across the United States. This position is 100% onsite. The following is a brief list of responsibilities and requirements for the position:

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain positive tenant relations.
  • Lead and supervise a team of employees and vendors to ensure effective daily property operations.
  • Maintain effective employee communications.
  • Prepare annual operations budget and 5-year extraordinary expense forecast.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Review and code all vendor invoices for payment.
  • Supervise the general housekeeping and maintenance of the building structure, mechanical systems, and equipment through regular inspections/walk-through.
  • Maintain effective cost controls through negotiation and supervision of vendor contracts.
  • Supervise tenant improvement and building construction projects.
  • Maintain emergency procedures manuals.
  • Maintain building inventory lists.
  • Maintain proper tenant and vendor insurance requirements.
  • Maintain vendor and tenant contact lists.
  • Collection of rent in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure lease compliance by both landlord and tenant.
  • Additional responsibilities as required by the job.

Professional Requirements:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel software.
  • Skilled in Adobe products is beneficial.
  • Must work well under pressure and independently.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to be creative and flexible in order to meet deadlines while working with changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Excellent business vocabulary, grammar, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters.
  • Must be detail oriented to ensure accurate deliverables, and able to take initiative to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work beyond the scope of normal business hours if and when special situations, emergencies, and/or urgent deadlines are necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to walk buildings and tenant spaces.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
  • Must be able to lift 15 - 30 pounds.
