Full Time Project Manager (Trade)

The basic function of the Project Manager is to ensure that projects are planned, coordinated, and completed in a timely, efficient, effective, and profitable manner.

• Plan and develop project scope, manage project budget & timelines.
• Contract preparation for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review Plans to determine what materials are needed to buy out the project; handle all project material ordering.
• Manage projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain project checklists/logs.
• Review of Submittals and RFIs.
• Manage monthly Subcontractor billing and GC billing.
• Have clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project cycle; attend all required company meetings; meet with contractors, superintendent, (or representatives) to review schedule, issues.
• Visit job sites to see how the job is moving along and on schedule.
• Solve any conflict or issues onsite pertaining project.
• Identify, document, and discuss with HRIC Team all change order request in a timely manner. Monitor pending change orders.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information.

**Requirements** 

1. Understanding of all facets of the construction process from start to completion.
2. Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment pertaining to Steel, Structural Framing, Metal, Siding, Interior Metal Panels.
3. Ability to read blueprints, structural drawing, and plan sets.
4. Advance knowledge of construction management process means and methods.
5. Leadership and management skills.
6. Time Management
7. At least 5 years of experience.
