We are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable and experienced commercial design builder based in Draper, UT. Our client specializes in delivering high-quality projects across many sectors including hospitality, industrial, medical, office, retail and multi-family. They are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager (PM) to join their team and contribute to the growing success of their already extensive portfolio.

Job Description – Project Manager

Candidates should have the ability to operate efficiently and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment. The best candidates will have excellent communication, management and customer service skills with strong problem-solving and keen focus on safety. The Project Manager role requires thorough knowledge of specific construction divisions including budget and estimating, planning and scheduling and liaising with internal and external stakeholders from project inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare result-orientated work plans.
• Manage the cost of the planning, design and construction process to remain within the agreed budget.
• Ensure all company, client and project policies, procedures and standards are adhered to.
• Manage all phases of the construction process and the project schedule throughout the project to ensure work is completed in compliance with the agreed contract terms.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with the on-site staff, subcontractors, inspectors, architects and owners to ensure completion of tasks.
• Implement and monitor procedures to protect the health and safety of jobsite employees, visitors and the general public.
• Thorough knowledge of construction techniques and the ability to enforce the most efficient method of completing tasks.
• Implement the terms and conditions of the contract using established systems, policies and procedures.
• Develop and assemble closeout documents alongside preparing project for project hand over.

Multifamily Project Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in Multi-Family construction.
• Must have experience in working wood/stick frame style projects.

Successful Applicants will have;

• Minimum 5 years of multi-family experience
• College degree preferred but not essential
• Experience in project management, scheduling, budgeting, negotiation and production of multi-family projects.
