Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential customers.
  • Troubleshoot plumbing systems and diagnose issues.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, offering clear and accurate communication about services provided.
  • Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.
  • Represent the company professionally, ensuring customers have a positive experience with every interaction.
  • Receive training in heating systems, expanding your skill set to include installation, maintenance, and repair of heating equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience : 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred. Will consider a plumber out of trade school with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Licensing/Certifications : Valid Connecticut plumbing license.
  • Skills : Strong troubleshooting, repair, and installation skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Tools : Must have own set of basic tools. Company will provide specialized equipment.
  • Reliability : Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Willingness to Learn : Must be open to receiving training in heating systems and expanding your expertise.
