Job Description

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you'll play a vital role in supporting our showroom operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.

· Maintain organized filing systems for efficient document retrieval.

· Process orders accurately and in a timely manner.

· Assist with administrative tasks on estimates.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

· Assist with CRM management to ensure accurate record-keeping and customer follow-up.

· Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support various departments.

· Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Skills and Qualifications:

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

· Transportation to and from the office.

· Availability during business hours and periodic evening events.

· Must be able to lift 100 pounds.

Salary Description:

Salary commensurate with experience
