We are currently seeking an experienced part-time Office Assistant who shares our passion, enthusiasm, and dedication to transforming lives. This position requires on-site work Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 3:30pm.

Position Summary:

The office assistant provides general administrative support to the human resources and administrative departments and performs general clerical duties for other departments as directed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates meeting and interview schedules, agendas, and other required preparations.
  • Handles ordering, stocking and tidiness of kitchens, common areas, and office supplies as needed.
  • Orders catering and provides support with arranging company events.
  • Performs data entry, maintains accurate and up-to-date filing systems, and other organizational duties.
  • Manages various internal calendars.
  • Greets and screens incoming VIP visitors and interview candidates in a professional manner.
  • Creates and edits documents, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assists with department expense reporting.
  • Sorts and distributes mail. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Education/ Certifications:

High School Diploma required and at least 2 years related experience.

Work Experience:

Prior office administration experience required.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
