Market Communications Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels to increase brand visibility, including social media posts, email marketing, and digital assets that align with business goals
  • Support the creation and management of sales toolkits and materials to aid the sales team and boost engagement
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Contribute to social media, SEO, and CRM strategies to enhance Delta's online presence, leveraging insights to drive traffic and engagement
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, showroom tours, and internal communications to showcase Delta's products and ensure consistent messaging

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, project coordination, or a related role, with a focus on supporting marketing and business goals.
  • Knowledge of content strategy, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, CRM), and cross-channel campaigns
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with trade shows and showroom tours is a plus.
  • Good communication, writing, and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, sales enablement platforms, and analytics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or strategic communications.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software is an advantage.
