Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Communications Specialist at Andiamo in Austin, TX. The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as developing and executing marketing communication strategies, creating press releases, managing public relations activities, and crafting strategic communications.

1. Brand Representation: Serve as the face and voice of our brand, embodying our values and messaging in a positive and authentic manner.
2. Engagement and Interaction: Actively engage with customers, clients, and the community to build brand awareness and create lasting impressions.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points.
4. Event Participation: Attend promotional events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote our brand and create a memorable experience for potential customers.
5. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input for improving products, services, and overall brand perception.
6. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions and contribute to achieving sales targets.
