Inventory Cycle Counter Specialist

The Inventory Cycle Counter Specialist is responsible for performing cycle counts and ensuring the accurate recording of all cycle count activities. This role ensures precise record-keeping for components, raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and bulk inventory, while adhering to kdc/one’s facilities cycle counting program. The specialist will identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, manage disposals and shipments, and monitor production issues and returns.

Responsibilities:

• Review inventory for accurate posting and timely reconciliation.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Track and maintain product spoilage percentages.
• Coordinate customer/kdc-one product destructions and record-keeping.
• Manage PK shipments and authorized destructions.
• Assist with inventory reconciliations and component analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures in all activities.
• Perform daily counts as assigned by supervisor.
• Input cycle count results and other inventory-related data.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in SAP/WMS systems.
• Intermediate or better knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid math and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating SAP/WMS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or materials management environment preferred.
