Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Technical Project Coordinator to act as the critical link between our product and technology teams. This role requires someone who can ensure accountability to deliverables, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive the successful development of the nectar app. The ideal candidate will possess a firm understanding of technology and project management principles, with a passion for delivering high-quality products on time.

The Company

At Jubilee, we're on a mission to provoke understanding and create human connection. We explore experiences that push people to feel more, think more, and see more in others. We challenge the belief of a black-and-white world, and instead embrace the complexity and richness of our experiences. By magnifying these stories we can discover personal identities, shared truths, and how we fit in the overarching human story. People are at the core of our mission and we're looking for our next family member to join the adventure. We believe that together we can change the world.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate communication and alignment between product managers, designers, and development teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Assist in app QA and monitor QA process and team, ensuring ticketed issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any blockers that may arise.
  • Establish clear accountability for deliverables across teams and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Act as a translator between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring both sides understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify technical challenges and assist in crafting feasible solutions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the app development lifecycle, technologies, and tools being used.
  • Identify areas for improvement in workflows and project management practices.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, product management, or a related role, preferably in app development or software projects.
  • Strong understanding of app development processes.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack).
  • Basic technical knowledge of programming languages, APIs, and databases is a plus.
